How are we feeling?
Lately, I’ve been starting a lot of conversations with a very simple question.
How are we feeling?
Not “how’s work going?”
Not “what’s next?”
Just… how are you, really?
For many people, that question opens something important.
I tend to work with people who are in the middle of something.
A career pivot, or the quiet realization that what used to work no longer does.
A leadership stretch that looks great on paper but feels heavier than expected.
An identity shift after becoming a parent, leaving a long-held role, or stepping away from a version of success that no longer fits.
A moment where things are functioning externally, but internally feel unsettled, restless, or hard to name.
My coaching blends practical data points, patterns, feedback, real-world constraints, with space to slow down and reflect. We look at both the external moves and the internal shifts required to move forward with more clarity and confidence.
Because in real life, personal and professional growth are rarely separate.
Sometimes people come to coaching with a very clear goal. Other times, they just know something feels off and they want a thoughtful, grounded partner to help them make sense of it. Both are welcome here.
If this resonates and you’re curious, I offer complimentary coaching exploration calls. No pressure, no pitch. Just a conversation to see what might be helpful right now.

One more thing.
I’m intentionally taking 15 minutes of my day to make calls to Congress. In that same spirit of showing up and staying engaged, especially when so much feels out of our control, I wanted to offer this: If you’d like a copy of the script I’m using, just reply to this email and I’m happy to share.
