Here’s an exercise I turn to when I need to think something through: I set a timer for 20 minutes and brain dump—no filter.
I’m part of an incredible coaching community that provides ongoing education and growth opportunities for me as a coach, as well as a super supportive group of amazing humans.
Last week, I was prompted to do this very exercise again—this time, writing out all the outcomes and impact my clients experience after working together. Below is that list, after a bit of organization.
Having completed nearly 200 hours of coaching, it felt like the right time to step back and reflect on all the incredible work accomplished alongside my clients. Seeing them achieve these results is truly my passion.
